This week Heidi Hau, PhD, our VP Scientific Affairs & Partnerships was attending the Precision Medicine World Conference, presenting our clonal-level microbiome profiling platform.
Through a case study example, she showed how our proprietary microbiomics profiling platform enables clonal-level resolution to track strains and analyze engraftment from FMT studies. In this case, strains were tracked from an FMT donor to a pregnant patient with C. difficile infection, and subsequently to her infant.
